The Role

We are looking for a motivated Dental Sales Representative to join our UK team, covering the Northern Territory (Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Newcastle, and surrounding areas including Scotland).

This is a field-based position. You’ll work with dentists, specialists, and hospitals, demonstrating innovative products and developing long-term relationships built on trust and product excellence and outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

Visit dental practices, hospitals, and universities to demonstrate products.

Build and manage relationships with clinicians and practice teams.

Follow up on leads generated by our in-house marketing team.

Manage your territory to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Attend exhibitions and events (occasional overnight stays required).

What We Offer

Competitive guaranteed salary £35k–£45k pa (depending on experience).

Uncapped commission – realistic OTE £50-60k+.

About You

We’re looking for someone with drive, confidence, and professional credibility. A confident communicator who enjoys combining technical knowledge with relationship-building.

Essential:

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Full UK driving licence.

Self-motivated and well-organised.

Desirable:

Experience selling to dental or medical professionals.

Understanding of dental workflows or clinical products.
